ROYAL KOBAYASHI

Admiral Royal Kobayashi (2202-2291) was one of the most decorated soldiers in the history of Star Fleet. He became known as "The Fighting Admiral" for his long experience in combat, and as an homage to his distant relative and namesake, the 20th Century prize fighter, Royal Kobayashi (1949-2038).

HISTORY

Kobayashi was born in the city of Osaka, in the United State of Japan, November 8th , 2202. He graduated from Japan's Academy of Space Science in 2226, and entered Star Fleet as a Lieutenant the following summer. Within seven years he was a Commander, and two years later, a Captain. In the early days of the Klingon conflicts, Kobayashi distinguished himself as a warrior, winning the inaugural Rankite Order of Tactics award, and Star Fleet's Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry. In 2248 he became only the third Order V Admiral in the history of Earth's star service. Upon retirement from active service, the Admiral taught at Star Fleet Academy from 2250-2272.
